About Teresa

I’m Teresa Evans, PhD, a neuroscientist and executive strategy advisor specializing in the neuroscience of leadership, communication, and decision making.

My work sits at the intersection of brain science and real world leadership. Over the course of my career, I have led and advised in complex, high stakes environments across life sciences, clinical research, academia, and government adjacent innovation, including executive leadership roles where clarity, judgment, and presence directly shaped outcomes.

I help leaders navigate pressure, complexity, and influence by understanding how the brain actually operates under stress and how to use that insight to think clearly, communicate decisively, and lead with authority. This is not theoretical neuroscience or generic coaching. It is applied strategy grounded in lived executive experience and scientific rigor.

At the core of my work is a simple truth.

Your presence is your superpower especially when the stakes are high.

My Story

Personal and Professional Journey

My path has not been linear. I have led in complex scientific and government environments while navigating periods of disruption, loss, and reinvention. Through that journey, I learned how to apply neuroscience, boundaries, and self leadership to regain clarity and direction from the inside out.

Today, I work with high achieving women and leaders who are ready to lead their next chapter with intention, discernment, and grounded authority. Not by pushing harder, but by understanding how presence and decision making shape everything that follows.

Your presence is your superpower.
